Cancellation Policy
At DermaDreams, we strive for top-notch service. Timely arrivals ensure you get the most from your appointment. If late, use remaining time or reschedule— full service cost still applies. Help us create a relaxing experience by planning ahead to avoid any rush. For appointment cancellations, kindly provide at least 24 hours notice to accommodate other clients. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. In case of declined payment, an invoice will be sent via email, due within 48 hours. Cancellations within 4 hours are considered no-shows, (No shows will be charged the full service cost.) Thank you for your understanding. Our policy defines a 'no-show' as a missed appointment (without cancellation), attempting to cancel within 4 hours, or arriving more than 15 minutes late. A 'no-show' incurs a fee equivalent to the full service cost, charged to your credit card on file. In case of a declined payment, an invoice will be sent via text message or email, due within 48 hours. Further bookings are suspended until the fee is settled. Additionally, missed appointments without payment lead to suspension of online booking privileges. All appointments are confirmed via email and/or text message.
